Human T-Cell & B-Cell Activation DNA Methylation PCR Array: EAHS-531Z |
|
| The Human T-Cell and B-Cell Activation EpiTect Methyl II Signature PCR Array profiles the promoter methylation status of a panel of 22 genes whose involvement in T and B lymphocyte biology has been well documented. Profiling cellular or fresh tissue DNA samples with these arrays may help correlate CpG island methylation status with the resident T cells' relative capacity for activation by external stimuli from immune and inflammatory response pathways. The results may also help provide insights into the molecular mechanisms and biological pathways behind diseases involving T cell biology such as asthma, allergies, autoimmune disorders, leukemia, and lymphoma. With a simple restriction enzyme digestion and real-time PCR, research studies can analyze the promoter methylation status of 22 different genes regulating T cell and B cell biology with this DNA methylation PCR array. Both 96-well and 384-well ( 4 X 96 ) formats are available.
