类mTOR信号通路PCR芯片可用于研究mTOR信号通路中的84个关键基因的表达。mTOR是一类丝氨酸/酪氨酸蛋白激酶,整合了来自各方面的信号(如营养,荷尔蒙,生长因子以及细胞压力等)来调节细胞的生长,代谢以及生存。mTOR激酶可以形成两类蛋白复合物mTORC1 和mTORC1。 mTORC1调控多个细胞生物合成过程(蛋白合成细胞周期进程,细胞生长以及增殖)。mTORC2能激活AKT,对于细胞的增殖,迁移和存活很重要。该芯片中包含mTORC1和mTORC2复合物中的成员蛋白基因,调控mTOR反应的因子,及受mTOR调控下游基因。利用实时定量PCR,研究者可以方便并且可信地对与mTOR相关的基因进行同时检测。
